The National Indoor Masters Championships was also held in March this year. Rachel competed in the 3000m event. Against a strong field, she raced well and finished first in a time of 10:18. Later that day, Rachel took on a new distance, the 400m event and managed to sprint to finish 2nd in a time of 1:04:92. Well done Rachel.

Our athlete Lea also raced in the 3000m event. Lea secured gold in the M50 event, racing to finish first in a time of 9:15. Well done Lea!
