Plant Based AC athletes took to the road in October and raced in Newtown, County Carlow. It was a successful day for Plant Based athletes with Lea achieving silver and second place on a very windy day in a time of 16:32 and Rachel winning gold in first place for women in 20 minutes flat. Well done to all entrants!
