Independence Day 5k Run and Firecracker Dash - July 2023

There is a strong racing tradition in the USA and what better way to celebrate 4 July than with a race. Plant Based AC athletes travelled to Redondo Beach, Los Angeles to compete in another race for this celebratory day. With huge crowds and a highly competitive field, Plant Based AC athlete Lea finished strong with a win in the M50 Category. Well done Lea!
