Plant Based AC athletes entered the Irish National Masters track events in August. It was a beautiful, hot sunny day and the atmosphere was lively at the track. It was a successful race series for our master runner Lea Fulcher, who won two gold medals in the two men's events he entered:
5000m - gold medal
1500m - gold medal
Rachel also raced the same day and achieved a silver medal in her first ever track race, the women's 1500m race.
