January had a competitive spirit to it, with Plant Based AC athletes travelling to Newcastle, Tipperary for a hilly 5km race.
From our men's entries, Lea brought home silver in a fantastic time of 16:28. Looking to our women's entries, Rachel achieved an age grade win for her efforts on this course, finishing just outside the medals in fourth place.
