Plant Based AC returned to race the Rathfarnham 5k this year. This race is the annual 5km Dublin Road's Championships. Rachel was representing the club again and had a good race. In a highly contested field, she finished as second F40 in the Dublin Championships.
Rachel will be the first to say she finished third overall in her age category, with the ever talented Fiona from visiting county Longford finishing as second F40 overall. However, you must be racing with a Dublin club to count for the championship placings.
