Plant Based AC travelled to California and commenced the USA race schedule with a 5k in the beautiful grounds of Quarry Lakes Regional Recreation Park in Fremont. The morning dawned bright and warm, with an early bib pickup on the cards for our athletes. After a quick warmup it was soon time to race. The 5k had a great crowd present and Plant Based AC athletes had success in the race, with a win for Lea in the men’s category and Rachel winning the women’s category. Congratulations to our two first place winners.
