Plant Based AC had three athletes compete in the renouned Tallaght AC 5k road race, which incorporates the Dublin Novice 5k race. On the day,
Rachel finished fourth overall, first F40 and second in the Dublin Novice Championship.
Lea finished eight overall, first M50.
Brian finished with a new PB.
