Plant Based AC – Wins the Master Women’s F40 Leinster Road Championship 2025 - May 2025

Plant Based AC was racing in the 2025 Leinster Road Championships on Saturday. Rachel competed in the Master’s Womens field and had great success, winning the overall race in 11:09. Athletes were treated to a sunny day, but had quite a breeze to battle with for most of the course, making it a challenging race to run. Well done to all on the day and thanks as ever to all the Leinster Athletics support crew and Gowran AC for hosting another super event.

Lea also raced in the Men’s Championships but he was forced to drop out due to a niggle. Hard luck Lea and here’s to a speedy recovery for you.
