Rathfarnham 5k - September 2025

Plant Based AC returned to race the Rathfarnham 5k this year. This race is the annual 5km Dublin Road's Championships. Rachel was representing the club again this year, and had a strong race. In a highly contested field, and over 1,400 competitors on the day, she finished first F40 in the Dublin Road Championships. Rachel finished in a time of 17:47.  Congratulations Rachel!
